Abstract : This is the final report of a two years project. The research team was notified that the project is accepted for funding by the end of Moharam 1425 H. During the past two years the team carried out several tasks as originally anticipated. These tasks included collection of published data relevant to this project, proper documentation of protocols, specimen collection by establishing reliable network between the team at the Genomic Medicine unit at King Fahad Medical Research Center (KFMRC) and various hospitals participating in data collection. Sample handling and labelling was carried out in the desired manner ensuring the integrity of DNA and avoiding excessive freezing and thawing. Total of 64 blood samples were collected during this time period and a sample database was created with patient's demographics including hospital number, clinical history and other laboratory test results. The main obstacles faced by the research team were the great reduction in the allocated budget for materials, and supplies. This will have a negative impact on achieving the proposed objectives. The research team finds, therefore, that it may not be possible to perform a complete analysis evaluation of the recurrent abortion cases, which includes The CGH analysis study (Part 3) and the Biochemical and Serological analysis study (Part 4). Finally there was interested results which has been discussed in detailed the result section
