The research group includes a number of faculty members (not less than eight) from various departments and colleges of the university (dsr-research@kau.edu.sa) |

The group is headed by one of the distinguished members who holds the rank of professor |
| International experts |
should participate in the research group (from outside the Kingdom) who are distinguished in research in the same field as the group, as it enriches the work of the research group and contributes to transferring expertise to its members. |
| Publication |
The research group must commit to completing original research work that can be published in prestigious international journals

| The scope |
is that the objectives and areas of work of the research group should be applied so that it serves a large segment of society |
