Abstract : Garlic (today Satavm) is a plant known for its benefits food is used as an antidote to the bacteria and Tabs for high blood pressure and depressor of fat and anti-blood clotting and its benefits as a treatment for cancer. The purpose of the present study is to study some properties of pharmacological and which will include the preparation of a distillation of garlic and determine the dose of acute lethal (50%) in white mice, as well as study the impact of extract of garlic on the protection of sore stomach induced in Jerdan white and also includes study the effect of extract of garlic on some isolated tissues such as muscle anococcygei Jerdan and ribbons in the aorta and the study will also include the toxic effects of garlic extract and its potential to cause a genetic malformation of the fetus in pregnant women Jerdan.
