Abstract : The treatment of vitiligo in the stable phase, surgical methods the institution has achieved success optimistic. Therefore, the objective of the present study is to develop the cultivation of skin sheets containing the pigment cells in the skin of a large area of ​​stable vitiligo and who have not responded to at least two types of medical treatment. Skin sample was taken (2 cm 2) areas of the sound of 30 vitiligo patients, both male and female in stable condition and the different types and extended. Skin cells were separated from the skin sample methods used and then grown on sterile membrane covered with collagen in the agricultural community of the type of MCDB-153, which encourages the cultivation of keratinocytes and pigment together. Allowed the skin cells to grow and multiply for a period not less than thirty days in order to obtain the required space from the skin plates. These plates were planted on the skin self-affected areas of skin of vitiligo patients that have been Snfrtha before planting. It was then covered Bmsafth Vaseline and it Msafth sterile gauze covered all transparent for a month. The follow-up patients and evaluate the recovery rate of color in the cultivated areas. The duration of follow-up ranged from 2-3 months showed that patients with segmental vitiligo regained their color, percentage of patients with more generalized type. Vitiligo patients did not seem the type of party - both sides of any response to the restoration of color, even now after the transplant, while the phenomenon emerged (Alcopnr) on two patients with generalized type of appearance of new patches of vitiligo. The report demonstrates the possibility of using sheets of skin cultivated as an alternative treatment for patients with stable vitiligo who did not respond to medical treatment.
