Abstract : This research was conducted on the animal, lizard Euermacetksr Maekeroulibas textured polyurethane drug dose 2 g / kg. Was recorded gastric pressure device restricted pressure through a rubber tube introduced into the stomach from the pylori. Contractions infectious self-recorded, were classified into type low, medium and high pressure. In 60% of cases the stomach was full of fluid leads to self-inhibition of contractions in 40% to be increased by the reflection of nervous. Alerts electrical vagus nerve with a low-lying frequencies (1-5 Hz) were lead to the relaxation of the stomach The high frequency (20-50 Hz) were due to contraction. Conclude from these experiments that the basic neural activity and gastric pressure have great role in the quality of the response of the electric alarm. Neutralize the nerve and atropine Alkolnerjeeh Aladeranerjeeh Balkouanmikan, indicates that the nerve fibers which, because of relaxation of the stomach is kind of Allakulnerjee and Allaadrnerjee. Maximum contraction was obtained by the vagus nerve alert v, was forty-Hz frequency, which is very different from mammals. Conclusions of this research is that animal lizard in common with mammals in the stomach which throw contractions self with various pressures, as a, of the vagus nerve in which a similar role for the cycle in mammals, so that his ability to bring about contraction sometimes and relax sometimes, depending on the circumstances of the stomach and, finally, the nerve fibers that cause relaxation of the type that is in mammals, which is not to Akulnerjeeh Adrnerjeeh.
