Of cyclosporine side effects toxic when they exceed the dose limit therapeutic example of poisoning the total, and the patient's body may reject the implant when the dose below the therapeutically, adding to the individual differences in the response of the property, all of this emphasizes the importance of monitoring level of therapeutic although the optimal level of cyclosporine did not to be determined so far. Because of the experimental interventions.
Therefore, the centers have failed to repeat the results are still the material is measured where the therapeutic level, the subject of controversy.
Accordingly, the goal of this research is to uncover some unknown factors that contribute to these difficulties.
The search began to establish methods for measuring cyclosporine in the blood and plasma using analysis chromatography liquid with high pressure and analysis immune radiation (R. Any.
