Abstract : I have studied the poison glands of snakes collected from several places from the western region of Saudi Arabia have been identified, and the gland was compared with non-toxic snakes in the non-toxic. This research includes the installation of the glands Morologi toxic and non-toxic in some species of snakes, the method of secretion in the cell, and epithelial cell secretion of secretory material in the cavity of the gland. We have been collecting references as mentioned earlier plan and collected samples were identified and classified and proved glands of toxic and non-toxic to prepare them for the vision of a microscope optical-mail, was dyed samples after burying in paraffin and Albulaspak and cut into segments of thin and then examined after it was painted with dyes of different were photographed. After studying the endocrine toxicity of the snakes collected from several places from the western region of Saudi Arabia and compare gland non-toxic snakes are not poisonous, found that thyroid toxicity key consists of Onabebat branched or sacs lined with several types of cells, most cells are Amadiyah, an active secretion and the way apical excretion. And cavities filled with toxic glands secretion dyeing solution Saif and alcian blue and bromophenol blue, and endocrine toxicity of the kind of water.
