Abstract : King Abdulaziz University is one of the academic institutions that have research activities, whether subsidized or unsubsidized, played by members of the faculty. This activity is incomplete information unless it is published in journals of the university or other information sources, whether inside or outside the university. This research examines the scientific journals in the university as the natural sources of information for the deployment of the product of scientific research and presents the problems encountered in its infancy and the stages it went through to the present through the heads of specific topics, installed as follows: 1 - Control controls to ensure the integrity of scientific material and Mistoha. 2 - Scientific editing to ensure the level of scientific and technical writing in accordance with international rations. 3 - numbers layout to achieve the safety level of scientific and technical writing. 4 - Print the content of the formal shell of the final information and data bibliography. The Center has developed the foundations of scientific publishing and the President to set the rules of arbitration, editing, layout and print setup.
