Abstract : The overall objective of this proposal is the development from scratch to a set of basic tools and general models for the design of machine parts using the computer. The expected of this proposal is to build a complete unit covers a full range of design parts of the CNC machines. The planned work programs and data will be used extensively tested in the classroom alone, and another society. Experimental examples will be provided for the design of every part of the machine, and many examples of unresolved will be processed for the user to experience and to examine its capabilities in the design. The program will be written using the Visual Basic language so that the system is running IBM or compatible with personal computers and contains the operational orders for paintings hanging pull down as well as many new features. System will provide the program with the establishment of the DLL files to work under windows. The panels will be equipped with interactive operating a wide base of tools that will be developed through this project. These include a combination of curves and clearance, overlap and engineering qualities of materials and engineering characteristics of the most commonly used sections. Jurisprudence analysis tools will be provided with a choice of using the analysis of specific elements of FEA and there will be a window to watch the movement of plant and machinery, and its kinetic analysis as well as analyzing powers. Although this proposal contains the important tools for the design and it contains the other topics such as the design of columns using the computer and roller bearings and lubrication selection of ball bearings and cylindrical.
