Abstract : Has increased in recent times interest in the process of recycling the process of recycling of polymeric materials is the remnants of rubber resulting from the tire industry of polymeric materials that are difficult to recycle and re-formed as they contain links to cross link the chains of rubber Bedhabbed fell dangerous waste rubber to being a suitable environment for the spread of harmful insects and they are vulnerable to fires, leading to an escalation of a huge amount of fumes and gases harmful to the environment. In this research were collected waste tires from Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam and the production of U.S. and Korean in order to be recycled by grinding with. It was a process of surface treatment of rubber powder in all of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide to the synthesis of some functional groups on the surface of the powder and evaluated as a filler of Khalitat rubber and compare mixture containing powder rubber is vulcanized, those containing carbon black not failed at the beginning of work on the study of references and periodicals scientific and patent on this vital issue and different ways to handle such waste and used in the industry.
