Abstract	:	This research aims to detect and analyze the relationship between factors of production in industries that Saudi Arabia and the application of the cement industry. Because the estimate cost function - using the function Allegaraithamah manufacturing transcendent - is based on data on prices and contributions of factors of production used in the industry, has been compiling a series of one plant for the period 1961-1984 m from the production elements of the four: capital, labor, energy and primary resources . And using the least squares method with three stages was possible to obtain estimates of transactions equations of the form. These transactions be interpreted as elasticities of fixed factors of production quotas to prices. And so we can reveal the relationship between the factors of production we calculated elasticities Allen partial replacement. However, when calculating these elasticities show that some of them carrying signs, contrary to what is expected in contravention of the bend is a function of production. Can be explained by the large changes in the values of elements of production quotas resulting from the massive expansion in the cement industry in Saudi Arabia to meet surging domestic demand. To overcome this problem we have to impose restrictions on the values of some transactions in the cost function. And after the imposition of restrictions we can get the right signals to the Allen elasticities of partial replacement. Statistical results indicate that the relationship between each of the capital - labor, capital - raw materials, work - energy, energy - the raw materials are the relations of the reciprocal relations between each of the capital - energy work - the raw materials are complementary relations of the kind .
