Abstract : The research aims to limit the plants producing ready-mix concrete in the city of Jeddah and the preparation of a detailed data base of each plant. Database includes information on the technical and administrative qualifications, equipment and equipment available and the system of quality control applied, if any. How much research aims to study the quality of the concrete components and the quality of concrete produced in the city of Jeddah. The research team visited 20 factories of concrete plants are all plants producing ready-mix concrete in the city of Jeddah. The research team encountered difficulty in taking samples of concrete from several factories Concrete independently and without interference from these factories, resulting in a lack of credibility of the results of tests which showed their quality.
