Abstract : Discussion dealt with chromosomal study of the properties of some plants in the fluoridation of Madinah, Saudi Arabia, for the first time. Have not been studies by the action on the chromosomes of plants fluorination Saudi Arabia, though the importance of genetic and taxonomic chromosomes. Vtm collection of plants and definition of conservation and cultivation of seeds to produce plants in the laboratory and study the chromosomal characteristics. And chromosomal characteristics plant and its impact upon, and to learn the characteristics of paramount importance in clarifying the taxonomic and genetic relationships of the plants of fluoridation of Madinah. Alcetologih studies have shown that the following types of chromosomal number assigned to them: Lightning 2 n = 28 Asphodelus istulosus, Alqfa 2 n = 16 Astragalus eremophilus, Almargt 2 n = 18, Urginea 2 n = 14 Iris postii, lavender 2 n = 12 Plantago Arabica, or Labida 2 n = 10 Plantago cylindrical, Sorrel 2 n = 18 Rumex vesicarius 18. Lavender 2 n = 24 Schouwia thebaica. Characterized by three types of the first (and lightning and Alqfa Almargt) and the latter type (lavender) is characterized by a short while Pkromusumaat Urginea and lavender and Sorrel Pkromusumaat long, and it should be noted that the plants that were not recorded by the studies of chromosomal numbers exponentially. Has been described chromosomal structure of these species for the first time in the fluoridation plants of Saudi Arabia.
