Abstract : As the process of scientific publishing several stages since the receipt of Scientific Publishing Center of the assets of the author and reprinted so far through the review, editing and Altbnat, then the process of preparing printing specifications and test print, then the adoption of printing and binding. Since these stages are all replaced by a center of scientific publishing, crystallized the importance of this study, some variables that contribute to the development of scientific publishing at the University of King Abdul Aziz, to identify the variables that could contribute to the development of publishing in the university. Possible for the researcher and the division of these variables to the variables and personal variables, especially the working conditions .. As for the personality variables are: personality traits qualification experience salary job satisfaction .. The changes in the working conditions were: working conditions, coworkers, supervisors boss volume of work incentives, work schedules. The researcher concluded during the reporting period to: First, variables related to personal career success: Appreciation of the policy of the institution Working conditions of achievement Personal relations promotion The nature of wage work Method of supervision Second, personality traits associated with successful career: 1 positive attributes: it is closely associated with a positive professional success and satisfaction More work, such as social relations, emotional stability, extraversion. 2 negative attributes: it is closely associated with negative career success and job satisfaction such as: conflict and ambiguity, generalized anxiety, emotional instability, mood volatility and nervousness.
