Abstract : This paper deals with evaluation of services provided by the banquet halls and hotel rooms to its customers at their residence for weddings where .. This will be evaluation using the portal catalog, which focuses on the evaluation of the beneficiaries of these services and try to find out their opinions and impressions of the prevailing about the various components of the service (such as good organization - the quality of food, quality and style of presentation - sound effects and lights - furniture - air conditioning - hygiene - Equipment Hall platform and the couple - the hospitality and treat employees and officials, etc. ..). Despite the vital role played by these enterprises (banquet halls and hotel rooms) and its economic and social family in Saudi society and in spite of the growing demand steadily on the services of these institutions and the intense competition taking place but there is a dearth of studies that addressed the role of (lack of The wedding halls) and evaluate its services and highlighted the problems and constraints faced by its clients in their dealings with these palaces and halls. Therefore, this study is one of the important studies because they represent the contribution of science can contribute to the results and produce his recommendations to improve the services of these palaces, halls and business development to achieve greater customer satisfaction with the services provided to them and makes them more able to rationalize their decisions when dealing with these deficiencies and lounges. Based on this, being a researcher at the topic of the key dimensions of the study include a research problem, and the importance and objectives also include the research and its methodology.
