Abstract : In this study, an attempt to confirm the presence of thought economist at the Muslim scholars in the tenth century AH / sixth century AD, through the survey and analysis of the writings of Muslim scholars on the history, sociology, Fiqh and Fatawa, books arithmetic and politics of legitimacy and re-background information on the status of Muslim countries at that time gave an overview of the situation political and economic conditions, and intellectual environment during the period, this period was the era of tradition and the suspension and repeat. The study provides also basic information about the unstable economic institutions in Alqtaqat different in order to help understand the economic ideas in this period focuses research on five main themes: the concept of the market mechanism and pricing, and the position of Muslims from the business idea, money, and abscess, the right of land ownership, and the habs and stop money. The study provides an analytical survey of the writings of Muslims and Islamic politics calculation where the writings of the most important sources for the economic views of Muslim scholars in the past. In some cases, trying to study, evaluate and compare the economic thought of the Muslims during the period, including Kano Hben of them, and compares their views and opinions of their contemporaries from the European scientists.
