Abstract	:	This research aims to address many of the aspects in the framework of the main theme, which is divided into two main sections: Section I: analytical study of the most important and prominent endowments in the scientific, educational and media in the region of Mecca and characterization of the role played by community service, and contribution over the years to stop the development of the local community and try to promote it. Section II: a field study on a selected sample of interested specialists and those responsible for the endowments in the Mecca area to get to know their opinions and views through the reality of their work and interests cessation and its role in the scientific, educational and media in Mecca, and to identify their views on the problems facing the endowment and how to overcome them and how to strengthen the endowment, and proposals to develop mechanisms for trust management. This research comprises four main chapters are: Chapter I: the methodological framework for research; deals with the importance of research, previous studies, research questions, the type of research, research methodology, the research sample, the method of data collection, the limits of the search. Chapter II: the theoretical framework for research; and addresses the role of endowment in the development of the local community. Chapter III: Results of analytical study; and includes a presentation of the results discussed in accordance with the basic questions for this study. Chapter IV: Results of field study; and includes a presentation of the results and discussed according to the basic questions for this study. Finally, conclusion and recommendations, and references, and appendices research.
