Abstract : Despite all the planned Western colonialism to obliterate the Islamic heritage, history still does not reveal to us from time to time scientific munitions were not unthinkable one. One of these munitions scientific book "Almrsad in matters of the economy," Sheikh Abdul Qadir Majaoa (1848-1914) and Mr. Omar Brehmat (1859-1909), which was published in 1322 AH (1904 AD), and disappeared - for odd - since then. He wrote of this Islamic economic heritage which is still unknown to the researchers in the "Islamic economics" in general and in Islamic history of economic thought, particularly those who believe that the first contemporary literature in this area appeared in the beginning of the thirties or forties of the twentieth century AD. Hand, the methodology shows the tracking and extrapolation to distinguish between four aspects: 1. Assets and objectives. 2. The mathematics that it needs in the management of financial and economic affairs. 3. Rules that show the general characteristics of economic phenomena and their relationships Tathreyh and sympathetic base, such as supply and demand. 4. Means based on the Hadith: "You know your world, things" in the incident palm pollination, which indicates the part of economic policy, the need to take the people of specialization because each one understands things related to his specialty more than others. It is directed by our own writers today can be stated as follows: 1. Combination of reasons to take profits and trust in God. 2. The basic principle is to bridge the needs of man himself. 3.
