Abstract : EFacing the management of various organizations some of the constraints and bottlenecks that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of management performance. As organizations today are facing great pressure from the surrounding environment to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of management performance. Based on this, should make efforts to identify the key constraints and bottlenecks that make up the shortcomings in performance, and focus on areas and activities of others effectively and those that achieve more complete and effective as possible, and the development of programs for the improvement and continuous development of performance. And will address the researcher that topic to study, discussion and analysis to clarify the importance of programs for continuous improvement to enhance the performance and increase the effectiveness of achieving the objectives and maximize the value of the organization, in addition to presenting the most important principles that underpin the programs of continuous improvement, and the problems that hinder the preparation and implementation, and methodology of such programs, the most important elements of success for the development of performance of different organizations. The researcher will conduct a field study to explore views on the importance of continuous improvement of performance to increase administrative efficiency and effectiveness to face the global challenges of contemporary society is and will study in various departments of the University of King Abdul Aziz in Jeddah.
